Yin Yoga & Meditation
Join us for a virtual Yoga and Meditation class via Zoom hosted by the BAME network in collaboration with Sport & Fitness.
The 1 hour class will include gentle Yin Yoga, followed by guided mediation.
It will be the perfect opportunity to relax and let go of any stresses and worries you may have, so find yourself a quiet spot, put yourself on ‘do not disturb’ and use this space to let go.
You might want to have some comfortable blankets and cushions nearby (yoga bolsters or blocks are also ideal if you have these at home). You could light some candles, burn some incense – whatever helps you make your space feel relaxing.
Amy will lead you through a 40 minute gentle Yin Yoga class. Yin is a meditative practice that allows us to shut down and rest in the stillness and quietness of the space we create.
This will be followed by a 20 minutes deep relaxing Yoga Nidra (guided meditation); a sonic massage for your mind, body and soul.
This class is pure indulgence just for you - an opportunity to put pause, reflect and find stillness and calmness.
